Bastard Pies

At Bastard Pies we use a very traditional Neapolitan style dough. Only 4 ingredients. Flour, water, yeast, salt. But then we go and "Bastardize" it with all sorts of crazy toppings, hence the name, "Bastard Pies". It's all about a reverence for tradition
